Hawkeye Hockey Services (HHS), a leading hockey consulting firm dedicated to empowering athletes on their journey to success, is delighted to announce the launch of its Women’s Consulting Department. This strategic initiative represents a significant step towards promoting gender equality and enhancing support for women’s hockey players worldwide.
Through personalized one-on-one consultations, tailored training programs, and comprehensive career guidance, the Women’s Consulting Department at HHS aims to empower female athletes to overcome challenges, develop essential skills, and succeed both on and off the ice.

Grew up in the Mahtomedi Youth Hockey Association
Played at Hill Murray High School from 1988-1992
- Three-year letter winner
- State champion in 1991 (last state tournament before tier/class system)
- State tournament team in 1992
- All Conference player
Attend the University of St. Thomas in the Fall of 1992 before leaving for the Rochester Mustangs of the USHL
Played 2 years for the Rochester Mustangs before returning to St. Thomas for three years
- All MIAC
- Team captain
- Over 100 points in three years
- Education major with Coaching Certificate
Coached at Mounds View High School and Hill Murray High School before being an assistant at St. Thomas University Men’s from 2001-2003.
Head girls’ coach at North St. Paul High School from 2003-2005
- 2nd place finish at State Tournament in 2004
- Three Div. 1 players from that team: Allie Thunstrom (Boston College) Caitlyn Hogan and Stacey Dey (SCSU)
Head coach at St. Catherine University in St. Paul from 2005 to 2025
- Over 150 wins as a head coach
- Numerous All-Conference players
- 2 All-American Players

Autumn Conway – Women’s Senior Consultant
Autumn Conway brings a lifetime of hockey experience and leadership to Hawkeye Hockey Services. A Minnesota hockey product, Autumn played her high school hockey at Roseville Area High School before continuing her collegiate career at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Following college, she advanced to the professional level, competing with the Minnesota Whitecaps.
As a coach, Autumn has worked with players across a wide range of ages and development levels. Her coaching experience includes the Elite League, MNSHL, Old School Hockey programs, and the Junior Whitecaps, where she has helped athletes develop both their skills and confidence on and off the ice. Her diverse coaching background allows her to connect with players at every stage of their hockey journey.
Autumn’s passion for player development, combined with her experience as both an elite player and coach, makes her a valuable resource for athletes and families navigating the girls’ and women’s hockey landscape. She is committed to helping players reach their goals while fostering a positive, competitive, and growth-focused environment.
Today, Autumn continues to stay actively involved in the game, coaching her son’s mite team and sharing her love of hockey with the next generation.
