Hawkeye Hockey Services is thrilled to invite you to our exclusive 9-Week Defensemen-Specific On-Ice Training Program for the Summer of 2026. This elite program is designed to sharpen every aspect of your game and prepare you to excel as a top-tier defenseman.
Why this program?
- Led by Coach Lincoln Nguyen — a former NCAA Division I, Division III, and Junior hockey coach — this program has a proven track record of developing elite defensemen who advance to the NHL, NCAA Division I & III, USHL, NAHL, and other premier leagues.
- In addition to Coach Nguyen’s leadership, players will work with guest coaches from NCAA Division I, NCAA Division III, USHL, and Tier II programs, offering firsthand insight and mentorship from some of the most respected minds in the game.
- Too often, players are judged by what they can’t do. This program flips that mindset — teaching defensemen how to “operate in the green,” earn the green light, and showcase what they can do. You’ll learn to make productive, confident plays and become the kind of defenseman coaches and scouts can trust in every situation.
