Hawkeye Hockey Services reserves the right to deny any player access to these skates. These sessions are intended for highly dedicated players pursuing Junior, College hockey during the 2026–2027 season.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Hawkeye Hockey Services Junior/College Summer Training Program is an intense, high-performance development program designed for Junior, Collegiate, and aspiring Professional players who are serious about taking their game to the next level.
This program is meticulously crafted to advance every facet of your performance through elite-level skill work, situational drills, and competitive game simulations.
PROGRAM FOCUS
Advanced Skill Development:
- Elite skating mechanics, acceleration, and agility
- Tactical positioning and situational awareness
- Precision puck handling, passing, and puck protection
- Dynamic offensive creativity and playmaking
- Shooting accuracy and shot selection under pressure
High-Intensity On-Ice Training:
Engage in targeted, professional-level drills designed to sharpen execution, pace, and confidence at game speed.
Game Simulation & Competitive Situations:
Train through real-game scenarios to improve reaction time, awareness, and adaptability in live situations.
Mental Performance:
Develop the composure, focus, and consistency required to perform under the pressure of high-level competition.
Guest Coaches & Exposure:
Throughout the summer, players will have opportunities to train under Guest Coaches from NCAA Division I, NCAA Division III, USHL, and Tier II programs, gaining valuable insights and exposure to multiple coaching perspectives.

- Led by Coach Lincoln Nguyen — a former NCAA Division I, Division III, and Junior Hockey Coach — this program is built for serious college and junior players committed to refining the precision, pace, and intelligence required to succeed at elite levels of play.
- Participants will also have the opportunity to learn from Guest Coaches representing NCAA Division I, NCAA Division III, USHL, and Tier II programs, gaining firsthand insights from experienced coaches who know exactly what it takes to perform and advance in today’s game.
- This program challenges players to compete at a professional pace, emphasizing advanced skill execution, situational awareness, and decision-making under pressure — all designed to translate seamlessly into game performance and elevate your overall impact on the ice.
